This patient had her anterior crowns that had chipping and cavities. To fix the front teeth, root canals would have to be done and new crowns made. She also had an old partial which you can see in her smile in her before picture.Due to cost, the patient opted to have the front teeth replaced with a partial. We were able to give her back her smile by removing the bad teeth and placing an esthetic partial denture the same day. The patient came back the following day with a little soreness but was doing fine overall.'In the second after picture, you can see what the partial looks like.
